What is DSN?
DSN (Do Something Now) is considered by many to be the most transformational of the Art of Living Courses. It is a rigorous course that empowers participants to identify and break through personal inhibitions and access inner stability and power. We each have a deep desire to be the best we can be - for ourselves, our families, our communities and even our world- but many of us have personal barriers, old habits or inhibitions that hold us back and keep us from fully participating in life. Old emotional wounds, self-concepts, attitudes and fears can also be obstacles to living the life we real want. DSN uses a power combination of yoga, group processes, deep spiritual knowledge to break through personal barriers and create personal empowerment.

Shane SullivanFilm Student, UArts, Philadelphia
The DSN gave me a space where I could let my emotional guard down and allow people to see me for whom I really am. The DSN put in perspective barriers that have been hindering me from moving forward in certain aspects of my life. The instructor, Patti Montella was very dynamic in her approach of handeling her students with a tough love attitude while at the same time having a sensitivity that allowed for our growth within. Unlike the silence course, when you take a DSN, you take it with a bunch of strangers, but leave with a second family. If we do this together in Philadelphia, as close as we already are, I can only dream about what we'll become! We all have barriers that hinder us from being free, I look at Sri Sri and ask myself what barriers he has, if any. After taking the DSN I became one step closer to understanding how truly free Sri Sri actually is. If you want to see yourself for who you truly are (all of your flaws, past experiences, disorders, etc) take the DSN!!!
